For small flower farms

Say it in the field. Find it, plan it, and sell it later.

Farmers Friend turns quick voice notes from the rows into observations, tasks, and supply needs you review — and connects them to the calendar that runs your bouquet CSA, U-pick days, and farmers markets.

How it works

1. Capture hands-free

Open the app with Siri and talk. Recordings save on your phone even with no signal.

2. Sync when you’re back

When you reconnect, notes upload to your farm’s private journal, keeping your original recording and words. Syncing is being finished for the pilot.

3. Review, don’t retype

“Back zinnias started blooming. Support them tomorrow and order netting” becomes a bloom note, a dated task, and a supply need — for you to accept or fix.

Built around how flower farms sell

Bouquet CSA

Plan what’s blooming for each pickup week and remind members when it’s time.

U-pick

Turn bloom observations into open-field announcements your customers actually see.

Farmers markets

Know what you’ll have on the table and let regulars know where to find you.

Marketing is part of the plan: farms will be able to text and email the customers who sign up, with consent records kept for every subscriber. Texting launches per farm once that farm’s carrier registration is approved.
